Costantinos "Costas" Hrousis serves as senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializes in the sale of retail, industrial and bulk land. With 14 years of commercial real estate experience in northeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Hrousis has secured over 60 sales transactions with a career sales volume valued at over $200 million. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Hrousis served as director of real estate for Perkins Restaurant & Bakeries. His territory included a portion of the eastern United States where he oversaw development of new stores for corporate locations and franchisees. Previously, he worked for a local developer where he managed over 300,000 square feet of office space and assisted in several retail development projects. Career highlights include: assisting in the development and sale of the Shoppes at Saucon Square, which totaled approximately 180,000 square feet, anchored by a Superfresh. For this development, Hrousis aided in the land acquisition, assisted in the leasing and brokerage, which ultimate lead to the disposition of the property to Mid Atlantic Realty Trust with a selling price of $10 million. As an active member of the commercial real estate community, Hrousis’ professional membership include: the International Counsel of Shopping Centers; the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute; and the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association. Hrousis earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pa.
