- standardization of the components of the refrigerated display cabinets for the manufacturing process using part numbers;- creating Bill of Materials from Solidworks;- creating manufacturing drawings for bending, punching and lasser cutting machines using Solidworks;- development of new refrigerated display cabinets (refrigerated and heated display cabinets;- technical support for collegues (sales and production department), customer complaint and for testing the refrigerated display cabinets;- updating the technical documentation (implementation of a new template into drawings) for part list and revision;- checking the 3D model for interferences;- studying and choosing of the condensing units for commercial application (remote refrigerated display cabinets)- cooling load calculations for cold rooms;- designing and calculation of air finned tube evaporators using EES and coolpack software;- preparing and checking the technical data for the new site (www.nordtec.ro): 3D model for rendering, technical sheet for Vertical, Semivertical and horizontal display cabinets.

- creating manufacturing drawings (sheet metal, welded assemblies) using Inventor or Autocad software for the special components of the rack system;- creating the sheet metal part into dxf format for lasser cutting or for Amada turret punching machine;- checking the drawings for good measurements and tolerances;- realizing of 3D simulation using Inventor software to verify the interferences between the components of the rack system, especially for the big projects like Multi Tier P90+, HI280, Miniload automation racking sistem;- improving the database by adding and verifying drawings into Autodesk Vault;- development of standard drawings for the rack system: Speedlock P90+, Pallet Shuttle, Cantilever and MOVO;- technical support into production area;- technical support for testing the new components into laboratory.
