Nick is also the founder of C-Level Advisory, a global management consultancy, and co-founder of The Curated Network™️, an advisory network comprised of c-suite executives and partner companies across four continents. His Fortune 50, high-tech, supply chain logistics, and transportation experience, coupled with his global M&A, venture investment, and organizational transformation experience, make Nick a sought-after advisor and board member to companies and investors. Nick has over 25 years of global M&A, joint venture, post-merger integration and divestiture experience from both a public company and private equity lens. With a passion to serve the community, Nick currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for Points of Light, as the President of the Board of Directors for The Conrad Foundation, serves on the Board of Directors of the Student Conservation Association, and serves on the CCAC Advisory Committee at Space Center Houston.Nick also volunteers as mentor to early stage founders as part of the Creative Destruction Lab accelerator program at Georgia Tech and the University of Montreal.Nick has a history of non-profit board leadership having served as Chair of the Board of Directors for ToolBank USA and Hands on Atlanta.
