• Supervise a team of four management accountants in charge of reviewing the performance of up to 4 banks each (ROE, ROA and Return on RWA).• Organise and coordinate the workflows regarding the submission of end of month financial data from the 17 banking entities.• Advise the banks on how to improve the profitability of their earning assets• Provide training to the banks’ finance officers in diverse areas such as financial reporting, forecast and budget planning.• Prepare timely the aggregated figures of the 17 entities and deliver quarterly reports on the group’s banks performance (operational, financial and risk) by identifying the year-on-year & year-to-date trends and highlighting some meaningful variances for the group management.• Conduct monthly budget variance analysis of the 6 banks of my portfolio and highlight the ratios to be improved in order to protect the evolution of the banking margin and profitability.• Contribute actively to the elaboration of my portfolio companies’ annual budget and triennial development plan. • Co-lead different strategic projects such the implementation of some regulatory ratios, the delivery of some financial simulation tools, monitoring of sales tool, etc. • Create and develop financial models with Excel.
