I am mainly working on Le MERIDIEN SAIGON hotel project- 3C Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, HCM city. This project has 43.700m2 floor areas, 98 meters height with 26 floors including 3 basements and 350 keys. Turn over schedule on the 30th October 2012. Overall investment Budget is around US$ 75,015,136. Number of consultants is 11 excluding three independent checkers. Mainly focus on coordinating and managing the project on design management aspects so as to ensure project deliverables to client met project requirements in term of schedule, cost, quality expectation and contract during design phases, tender, construction phase.- Preparing design coordinating schedules, monthly and weekly plans, reports.- Coordinating for preparing cost estimation to be in lined with approved budget.- To minimize additional works.- Controlling, reviewing design deliverables from consultants, contractors to be in lined with quality expected and assestment for payment- Providing verification that the work has been carried out according to plan.- Instructing PA for preparing document hard & soft copies to dispatch to relevant parties in proper time.- Managing client, operator requirements for integrating to project designs.- Controlling design interfaces with requirements to be in lined with Vietnamese law, coordinate various designs.- Managing changes to designs, project phases.- Doing value engineering- Coordinating with QS team to prepare cost estimations for each design phase in lined with client budget.- Preparing consultants/ contractor scope of work to be in lined with tender strategy.- Coordinating tender documents, tender processes- Doing tender clarifications to bidders and tender evaluation, reports.- Coordinating and endorsing on shop drawings, materials.

to assist PM in coordinating oversea design consultants working well together as per project schedules and client, operator requirements; In specific, I was responsible for;- Reviewing architectural design drawings and materials, to ensure MEP systems, structure and architecture/ interior requirements incorporated.- Selecting prefer material suppliers for the project;- Assisting PM prepare tender document packages;- Ensuring architectural proposed material in appropriate during construction stage.- Reviewing contractor's architectural shop drawings and constructional details are incorporated correctly- Coordidating FF&E incorporated with the project well according to client and operator requirements.During this time I focused on these two following projects;- The Saigon GIRAL Hotel 4 star hotel with about 15880sqm floor, 12 stories, 194 rooms in PHUNHUAN District, HCM City. (Jointed from construction phase to handing over phase) - Complex building including apartment, commercial, office, villas, Richland Southern- XUANTHUY project in Hanoi - 19 floors & two basement floors. (Jointed from concept to tender phases)

My role was a designer and design team leader to arrange and manage all design issues relating to architecture aspects & coordinating with other departments to produce quality technical services. - DUYTAN Hotel in DALAT 250rooms, 5 stars, 18.754sqm.- REX Hotel Extension in District 1, HCM city 70rooms, 5 stars, 2332sqm.- Saigon Pearl apartment building, special Grade, 39storeys, 155728sqm GFA.- Civil servant Training Centre in BINHTHANH district, HCM city, special grade, 50.000sqm.- CHENLA Miramar beach resort in PHUQUOC Island, KIENGIANG Province 30ha.
