With over twelve years of experience in the construction industry, I am a superintendent at Irby Construction Company, a leading provider of electrical infrastructure services. With a passion for delivering quality projects that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. I am responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multiple construction projects, ranging from transmission and distribution to substations. I also ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, and manage the coordination and communication between the field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and clients. I have successfully completed several projects across the Southeast region, involving many transmission lines. I have also contributed to the training and development of the assistant superintendents and the tech foremen, and supported the company's growth and expansion strategies.
