She also temporarily relocated to Dallas, Texas to assist executive management in the appointment and training of her replacement and ensured uninterrupted departmental operations during Blockbuster's corporate relocation in 1997.• Collective team averaged 1 new store opening across North America every 14 hours. • Directly responsible for contract approval, project management and audited cost controls for US$85 million in annual design, construction and renovation spending. • Post-acquisition by Viacom, led departmental implementation of all parent company control systems, and produced quarterly internal auditing reports with an average approval rating of 94%. • Temporarily moved to Dallas to hire and train replacement, and ensure uninterrupted operations during Blockbuster's corporate relocation in 1997.
