Manage Enterprise BI and ELI application development team. Plan and manage the implementation of BI tool architecture projects. Ensure compliance with privacy practices and sanctions for failure to comply with privacy policies.

Manage key aspects of the company's corporate compliance program. Assist in the creation of internal industry compliance risk assessments, risk maps and audit plans. Develop and enhance procedures for routine monitoring including development of KPI dashboard. Manage the execution of periodic audit plans and provide regular reports to management. Coordinate schedules and activities of team members; tracking progress and results. Coordination of external audit and review activities. Support of formal compliance training through formal presentations, on-line training, workshops, and written materials.

Monitor overall organization compliance with legal and information security regulations. Report annual risk analysis and mitigation plans to identify Executive Lead Team. Perform financial and operational audits and report irregularities to Executive Lead Team. Lead the implementation of a company-wide control-tracking solution.
