As member of the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee I was the functional responsible for the Acquisition & Development Department within Matexi. Responsibilities included optimising the acquisition & development process, structuring the portfolio management, and putting in place then necessary project tools. I also played a key role int the transformation of several large urban development projects and in defining a solid and quantifiable sustainability approach for Matexi.As director of the competence centre Acquisition & Development, I was heading a team of developers, urban planners, urban designers and landscape architects that provide expertise and support through the acquisition & development phases of Matexi projects, ranging from due diligence and valuation, over feasibility studies and concept design to guidance on other relevant issues such as creating project identities in line with community expectations and and creating great places to live. The competence centre was also closely involved in all large mixed use city centre developments, public private partnerships and sustainable brownfield redevelopments.

Suite à l'acquisition des Papeteries de Malaucène, VINTOUR SAS a pour but de convertir cette friche industrielle en un projet touristique, dans un contexte de respect du patrimoine existant, l'importance du site pour les Malaucéniens et l’écrin naturel exceptionnel à proximité du Mont Ventoux. Pour ce projet suis responsable pour le volet juridique et financière du projet et pour la coordination des différentes diagnostics et etudes en préparation de la demande du permis d'aménagement.
