I'm the type of person that thinks about all of the unflattering things about games and services; what does the command and control structure look like? How do we escalate and resolve problems? How do we need to structure our teams to make sure that we are managing our fatigue of our people as much as we are managing emergent issues that will arise? How can we manage resolution on this issue to minimize player impact? And so on.I work tirelessly to improve the processes and procedures for my teams in order for our players and customers to have the best possible experience with our games and services.
