Investigation of the physiological and cognitive changes caused by the demands of flight. We work with biometrics and flight simulators to accomplish our goals of improving pilot training, understanding human expertise, evaluation and systems design.
Qualified Conflict Management Advisor, Range Safety Officer, and Tow Pilot on the O-1/L19 Superdog in Eastern Region and BL8 scout. I was able to contribute to summer operations in Eastern Region (Québec and Ontario) as well as Northwest Region (Gimli, Manitoba). Additionally, I was assigned repeated summer taskings as flight safety.
Along with my team in Safety Intelligence, I worked to repurpose existing data to better quantify aviation safety in Canada. I also assisted the Air Taxi Safety task force, the GA safety program and several policy development groups as safety data specialist and human factors SME.

In partnership with the McGill Flying Club, I provided McGill students with theoretical training leading them to the prescribed knowledge requirements for private pilots.
