Still serving as Co-Chair at PAIMI, and while considerable gains have been made, we must steer our attention towards more systemic issues as opposed to the cyclical casework focus of the past. Hopefully we can make a difference in a field that desperately needs extensive, flexible attention. With particular admiration for Ms. Kathleen Sherlock and the lawyers and administration that get results, we continue to forge ahead in the industry and enter the new year with considerable focus. I was able to join the SEG Ideator to set my ideas in motion this semester. Working on monetizing, market research, and value proposition for a new venture (or two!).

My responsibilities were multifaceted however I operated as a consult to the Founder, Dr. Dannie Ritchie, as we expanded the reach and construct of our CHI-RI portfolio. Curriculum, certification, celebration...health!

Internship explored the hazards of Mental Health and the twists and turns that find us on the road to recovery. Particular focus is on the civil rights of consumers. Culminating experience notwithstanding.

Where Wellness and Recovery converge to reconcile hopes and dreams with fears and circumstances.

We specialize in confronting mental health from a recovery and then a policy perspective to leverage our unique and authentic perspective as peer support specialists. We learn the various stakeholders like NAMI who are in it for the long haul, and as the inaugural group of PWC/CPS here in RI, we are convinced that we will make the difference: even if we do not get paid up front.

The school system (proper) could use some attention. We offer a programmatic detailed inside look at the system for parents to determine for themselves where they want to make a change. And my mentees can attest to the fact that we get it done. We took ninth-grade repeaters and inserted them into a laid back (take it or leave it) environment for their own edification. From there, they produced. Several went on to successful careers, higher education, and 6/7 graduated from high school, against the odds!! Don't count us out?!

Hasbro chose a talented flock of individuals to participate in the 2012 Youth Change Accelerator. They were hungry, active, and inquisitive, not to mention, brilliant in terms of their ideas and execution. We were just there to steer them with both. Hey, I was just blessed to be a part of it.

At the New School Ashoka Project, we were under instruction to compete with the best for the brightest ideas and concepts and developed the platform for the Launch Pad, which still has maximum potential for a greenlit avenue for NS Students to catalyse the formulation of their every conceivable (appropriate) whim.

We worked for and alongside the General Counsel for the Global Client Services Division (GCSD). Main duties included organizing, editing, coordinating responses and worldwide requests, fielding international calls and discrete assignments, arranging compliance portfolio for EEA and EU service centers, and more. Strategies included Prospective Insurance, Pre/Re-Insurance considerations, and Bodily damage re-certification.

At the Dept of Ed, we determined which stories were fit for the press, and helped strategize on how to best assess the budget crisis. We also produced several different assays to configure the proper relevance of curriculum design and implementation. Instumental work...as deemed by the city gov't.

My responsibilities at Yale included strategic partnerships, foundational negotiation, personal development, decision making, self defense, and technological innovation.

Intellectual Property Paralegal (Program Specialist). • Independently support Technology Licensing Specialists and Chief of General Medicine Branch in all functions related to the patenting, marketing, and licensing of inventions conceived in NIH laboratories.• Initiatives include: Negotiate and execute licenses; draft and submit abstracts describing patent-pending inventions for Federal Register publication; conduct direct-marketing campaigns; devise modifications for proprietary database; establish protocol for and train new program specialists.• Duties include: Write and generate reports to analyze licensing trends; draft and coordinate correspondence among inventors, national and international patent offices, contract patent attorneys, outside institutions, licensees, and OTT; docket oversight for entire branch.
