• Benchmarking between QFEmirates and UK Framework.• Overseeing the Programme Development and Quality Assurance teams.• Develop, maintain, and improve material content, using Spearhead’s existing quality systems andcorporate standards.• Proactively manage areas of development for Spearhead’s course materials, and continuouslyreview that development.• Ensure excellent attention to detail in order to design and execute successful training programmes.• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.• Aware of, and develop internally, both traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching,on-the-job, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)• Explore and manage the implementation of new course offerings to clients.• Part of a senior management process which cooperatively manages overall training delivery to aconsistently high Spearhead standard.• Manage the performance of key personnel to ensure they are consistently performing to a highstandard.• Maintain visibility in all departments and proactively manage potentially difficult situations.Promotes and informs employees about all training programs.• Participates in the development of the Training budget as required.• Support and provide solutions or guidance to line managers and team members on effectivelearning and development approaches.• Conduct ongoing research into trends in learning and development and contribute to thecontinual improvement of learning and development solutions.• Identify ways to continuously improve learning process• Support Business unit initiatives and identify ways to enhance training effectiveness• Perform other duties as assigned by the line.• Contribute to the formation and review of the Learning and Development strategy.• Recommend new initiatives which respond to emerging issues and problems.• Create and monitor LMS for E-learning & distance learning.
