Gratitude brings me to this place. An only child🧒🏻 suddenly orphaned just prior to my fourth grade year I found myself transplanted into a brand new community. Upon reflection I am confident I thrived due to the acceptance and compassion of total strangers🤗I was embraced socially, educationally, spiritually and physically by folks who nourished my soul🦋I use the "power of story" to lift others to a place where they may choose to flourish in life, work, and within relationships as they become trauma informed🤗As a mental health professional I offer professional and personal development coaching through presentation, equine facilitation, group work and individual consultation💁🏻‍♀️Lifting individuals🕊to a place where they may give themselves permission to identify, then understand and resolve personal trauma over time is a personal passion💜Using my own powerful story of thriving in real time I encourage participants to explore the possibilities which exist within themselves to also personally experience resiliency, and not only bounce back, but move into a thriver mindset🙌🏼Sessions for women especially may be experienced as an individual or within a team environment.I have also created written content👩🏻‍💻 (mission/vision statement, business plan, handbook, etc.) for three start-up non-profits. My expertise as a mental health professional and equine🐴education facilitator has allowed me to co-author seminar materials for a non-profits in a conference setting. I am refreshed by being/working outdoors☀️hiking🌵long walks in the forest🌳organic gardening🥕and always by the company of horses.
