Ever since I was a little kid, I have always been in love with learning about new, up-and-coming technology. I could have told you every speculation and rumour about what was going to be on the brand-new iPhone, or how much money you would save in fuel costs if you bought a Tesla. I was always that kid in class who was called upon when something tech-related wasn’t working, and still to this day, I end up being used as a 24/7 tech support line for family and friends. It was this love of learning and passion for technology and solving real-world problems that led me to McMaster Engineering. In my two years studying at one of Canada’s top universities, I found this love of technology went further than just a hobby. I realized how impactful and meaningful my work could be, and how not only could I do something I loved for the rest of my life, but I could change the world as well. After specializing in Mechatronics Engineering in my second year, I have been focusing on advanced topics related to software development, mechanics, and electrical design, all with an emphasis on embedded systems. Furthermore, I have professional work experience in research, as well as technical experience related to user interface design through clubs and teams at McMaster. Outside of my professional life, I am a BIG family guy and any time I can get to spend with my amazing family I will. I love to travel, I am an avid yogi, and I challenge you to disagree with me that Tom Holland is the best Spider-Man. Think you can convince me otherwise or are you a Tom Holland fan yourself? Have any tips for success or opportunities you’d like to discuss? Send me a message and I’d love to make your acquaintance!
