-Perform pre and post system implementation, migration, upgrade, and conversion testing and reviews based on a variety of criteria including corporate governance System Development Life Cycle policies and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance -Advise clients on current best practices of System Development Life Cycle methodology to incorporate into their implementations, migrations, upgrades, and/or conversions to ensure the expected outcome at go-live-Build strong client relationships with consistent communication between IT and business stakeholders within organizations-Experience in auditing a multitude of different IT systems and tools including Oracle, SAP, Great Plains/Dynamix, Blackline, NetSuite, Workday, JIRA, ServiceNow, Rally, SQL Servers/Databases, Linux/Unix, Active Directory-Manage five different engagement teams with a total of 12-18 direct reports simultaneously-Design and advise clients on implementing IT and business process internal controls and process improvements based on operational and compliance risks to the organization-Continuously advise clients on how changing IT and business risks affect business operations and compliance-Research and analyze potential new risks emerging within different industries and sectors of client business environments, such as cyber and automated robotics risks-Perform risk assessments in coordination with internal audit engagements, external financial statement audits, and SOC 1 reporting -Conduct and advise clients on control deficiency analyses and remediation procedures -Perform and manage controls rationalization engagements to deliver increased efficiency and effectiveness of client control environments-Extensive knowledge of SOC 1 reporting as it relates to the financial reporting of client organizations
