Shaping the future of higher education through organization development is my passion. With nearly two decades in the field, I've had the privilege of impacting thousands of students' lives across a diverse array of institutions - from state flagship and Ivy League to medium-sized private and STEM-focused universities. My career includes a mosaic of roles, from advising, student engagement, and case management to strategic planning and executive leadership. This breadth of experience, coupled with guidance from exceptional mentors, has honed my ability to navigate and innovate within the complex higher education landscape.Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organization Development and Change, I blend cutting-edge research with real-world application. My dissertation explores how Chief Student Affairs Officers navigate post-pandemic workforce challenges in Student Affairs—a research gap that must be addressed in order to provide students with the transformative college experiences they deserve in today's higher education environment. Beyond the higher education sector, I'm particularly interested in how organizational systems, culture, and design intersect to drive equity, organizational success, and employee engagement. I thrive on creating positive change through data-informed decision-making, whether implementing innovative programs, managing complex projects, or leading cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals. As a leader, I believe in the power of collaboration and asking, "What if...?" and "Why not?" I'm committed to building a more equitable and just world with fellow professionals who share my passion for pushing boundaries and transforming possibilities into realities. Let's connect and explore how we can work together to do just that!
