Consulting at National Public Radio, she managed senior level teams in an extensive restructure and development of new fundraising activities while streamlining business processes, and enhancing metrics for accurate reporting. She also directed a micro-finance association in the evolution of its membership activities. Prior to consulting, Courtney was Director of Sales and Marketing at Access International, a leader in providing fundraising solutions, systems integration and consulting services. She also held the position of Director of Sales and Partner Channels at an Access subsidiary, DonateTo.com, creator of innovative on-line donation processing for high-traffic internet portals. As Account Executive at First Software, a pioneering software distributor, she handled corporate sales and large government contracts. In the nonprofit arena, she has worked with public broadcasting and radio stations, united ways, hospitals, cancer centers, museums, performing arts and social welfare organizations among others.
