She did a team presentation for the Residence Life session for over 400 students and parents at each session and did a great job answering their questions and presenting with other student presenters. As a second year intern, she continued doing a great job with the parent technology session and being a panel member on the residence life and housing information panel. As a second year intern, Courtney was a great mentor to the new interns, gave them advice and great productive feedback and helped them through the challenges of the job. Courtney took on many responsibilities during her second year as an intern. She updated the parent technology presentation and the residence life and housing informational PowerPoint. She took over the Office of New Student Programs social media for a session and posted information on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat. She gave students who were attending later in the summer an idea of what their orientation program would be like. Courtney’s enthusiasm about her College of Charleston experience and her ability to share her enthusiasm with the students and parents is an asset to the program. She did a great job helping parents and students through the stressful experience of transitioning to college. "
