I am passionate about 3 things learning, people and learning how to help people. This is why I got into the customer service industry. Studying is a major hobby of mine that I use to open doors across industries and push forward my personal growth. I have just under 3 years of working experience in design and marketing where I effectively worked with clients from a range of industries. I efficiently managed the agency's largest client base allocated to one individual and achieved agent of the quarter twice in a row (6 months) within my first 9 months at the company.Having just achieved my diploma in hospitality management, I would love to move into a role in the hospitality or other customer service industries.When it comes to 'soft' skills, I would attribute being goal driven, self-motivated, adaptable, a good communicator, a fast learner and working well under pressure to myself.
