Courtney Phillips has over 18 years of public affairs, marketing and communications strategy experience across both the public and private sectors. She has been with ICF for four years and currently leads a team responsible for media relations, crisis communications and executive support for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. With a career focused on impact-based efforts, Phillips has helped develop STEM programs in low-income schools; enabled expansions of the number one cancer center in the country; supported outreach to invisibly wounded Airmen; led media relations efforts for sexual assault prevention in the U.S. military, promoted the prevention of terrorism and target violence for Homeland Security; built communications programs to help solve the growing cybersecurity workforce gap; and provided outreach to help support efforts to end suicide in the Veteran community.Her primary focus has been on public health communications strategy, specifically behavioral health.
