In 2023, Dhara Wellness & Yoga was founded. Dhara is a Sanskrit term that can be translated to “edge or precipice ”. Another interpretation is "sustaining or supporting". Dhara is defined a few different ways across many traditions but my mission is clear. I believe movement, meditation, and breath are key to fueling our momentum and ability to thrive and lead.
