With over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, development, and engagement, I bring a unique blend of expertise in Human Resources and holistic well-being practices to the table.I started my career in an HR personnel file room and found my career, specializing in talent acquisition and recruitment. I have worked side by side with some of the most dedicated and innovative talent across multiple industries, cultures, and countries. In 2020 I embarked on a transformative journey inspired by my own health, personal loss (and accomplishments), and seeking true work life balance. I decided to explore the profound impact that movement, meditation, lifestyle, and nutrition can have on one’s quality of life and performance. Through the years I have developed strategies that not only allowed me to serve others with my work, but also allowed me to reclaim my time, health and energy by creating a profitable sustainable business doing what I love. In 2023, Dhara Wellness & Yoga was founded. Dhara is a Sanskrit term that can be translated to “edge or precipice ”. Another interpretation is "sustaining or supporting". Dhara is defined a few different ways across many traditions but my mission is clear. I believe movement, meditation, and breath are key to fueling our momentum and ability to thrive and lead. These modalities support our sharpness, balance, and overall advantage - sustaining our edge.As a corporate wellness coach, I am dedicated to promoting holistic wellness initiatives that support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees. From leading mindfulness workshops to designing personalized wellness programs, I empower individuals to prioritize self-care, manage stress, and achieve optimal work-life balance.
