- Manage implementation of new ERP software- Create documentation for procedures and lead training sessions- Develop customizations for business needs in software- Create custom SSRS reports based on ERP software queries- Extract, filter, and aggregate data through logical queries including table joins, group by, order by, and sub-queries- Responsible for analyzing user data needs and determining needs resolved through automated repeatable process- Develop cross group and cross functional reports covering operational and financial process needs - Customize standard SSRS report styles to improve readability and add company-specific data fields
