Growing up I remember watching my grandfather working on blueprints and drawings for various structures and seeing the process of having those ideas come to life. I was fortunate to be able to “get my hands dirty” and take part in some of those projects. Touching materials and seeing them transformed from an idea on paper to real life made me feel alive. I knew in my career I wanted to make a difference in this world but also wanted to be creatively free. Almost seven years ago, I decided it was time for a new adventure (and warmer weather!) so I packed my car up and drove myself to the west coast. I have spent the last six years obtaining a BFA in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego and dipping my feet in restaurant design. I have returned to my Pennsylvania roots and am looking for a new adventure. I am excited to continue to learn and apply my research-based design skills to new projects. My goal is to not only produce work that looks enticing to all but to design with meaning and create spaces that directly relate with the client or end user by adding those captivating personal details. I am looking forward to leaving my mark on the many residences and businesses in the area.
