Led a multi-million dollar redesign of a major dental insurance provider’s patient and dentist platform, used by 30M+ members. Results: Through close collaboration with their CMO, inclusive design, and heavily user-tested flows, the redesign resulted in the provider retaining their largest government Medicaid contract, which was business-critical.

Collaborated with Apple’s Marketing & Communications team to promote Apple for Business and Apple for Schools via custom, net-new webpages. Our design team continually presented in-person at Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino. Results: Continued to get retainer contracts with Apple for Sequence until Sequence was acquired by Salesforce

Worked on redesigns for clients including David’s Bridal, TEDxPhilly, Einstein Healthcare, and Gore.Results: • Created 50+ webpage designs with UX annotations for David’s Bridal, breaking them into e-commerce and growing revenue through online purchases • Contributed to the growing Happy Cog brand by writing articles and creating illustrations for the company's blog
