Hi! 👋🏾 I’m Courtney, a developing leader in healthcare with administrative experience in the healthcare industry. 👩🏾‍🏫 As a student:I recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Health and Society with special honors and a minor in Health Care Reform and Innovation. This fall, I will be pursing a MS in Health Administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. My passion lies in innovating healthcare, enhancing access to affordable care, and ensuring that the patient is the center of care. 👩🏾‍💼 As a professional: Through my roles as a Nurse Assistant at Pediatric Associates of Austin and my volunteer work with Foundation Communities, I have developed a keen understanding of patient care coordination, healthcare policy, and community health advocacy.
