Currently, I am advancing my academic and professional pursuits as a Business and Management student, specifically towards a level 6 award in Project Management. My passion for 'Environmental, Social and Governance' (ESG) as well as sustainable innovation drives my career aspirations, and I am dedicated to developing my skills in this crucial area, both within Project Management and general business success.Being one of the youngest in the company at the time, as a previous restaurant Assistant Manager I have a skilled background in the hospitality industry and have presented these experiences in various roles and levels of authority, contributing to my comprehensive understanding of business operations. My journey with hospitality, most notably with Pizza Express, shows my dedication to starting from the bottom as well as my commitment to progression and career growth. This experience has equipped me with valuable insights into customer service, team management, and operational efficiency.I am currently on a placement year at Leonardo UK, where I serve as an Industrial Placement Project Manager. Wtihin this role, I focus on management processes and sustainability impacts and analysis, aligning with my long-term career goals. This placement has provided me with hands-on experience in project management and the opportunity to contribute to sustainability initiatives within a leading organization, all whilst maintaining confidentality and security, handling sensitive and classified information.My core competencies include project management, interpersonal communications, and sustainability analysis. I am continually learning to navigate complex management processes whilst aiming to implement strategies that promote environmental responsibility and social governance.
