First point of contact and artist representative for all public-facing and financial matters including contacting music venues & booking agents to secure performance dates around the U.S., tour logistics, billing, collections, budgeting, and contract negotiation. Coordinated regular local performance dates as well as several multi-state tours including an 8 state, 14 venue, cross-country tour in the summer of 2009.

Duties varied by project/location, centered in event planning and logistics, acting as the liaison for the company. Traveled to multiple domestic and international locations to produce various promotional events, including a 3 week long cultural festival in the country of Morocco promoting Hispanic products and culture.

Responsible for hosting large-scale live music events for the Santa Clara University community including concerts featuring artists such as Michael Franti, Spearhead, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Girl Talk. Controlled an annual budget of $120,000, and managed a seven-person team. Responsible for all aspects of talent booking including the negotiation of performance contracts, and technical & hospitality riders. Other responsibilities included the coordination of event ticket sales & distribution, event promotion, as well as the hiring of event specific security personnel (including the Santa Clara, CA PD), food and merchandise vendors, and stage, sound & lighting technicians.
