I have been working now for more than ten years. I specialized in purchasing and hotel projects.I am now in charge of purchasing at the Shangri-La Paris hotel, I am in charge of all food and non-food purchases, all contracts of the hotel as well as all Capex projects. I manage a team of four people.Before that, I was FF&E and OS&E project manager at Accor, within the global procurement organisation. I worked in many hotel opening or renovation projects: Fairmont Monte Carlo, SO/Sotogrande, Sofitel Barcelona, Mama Shelter Bucharest, Pullman Jerusalem, Novotel Regensburg. I had the chance to supervise one or two people per project as well as subcontractors.I also worked for Oetker Collection and Le Bristol Paris, I was involved in various renovation, maintenance and development projects for the hotel and the group, after an internship in the hotel's purchasing department.Finally, I started my career as a sales agent at Air France before working in operations at Le Bristol Paris and Draycott London.
