Organizing team of the CIBITEC17 Congress, “Digital transformation of industry”, with 250 attendees and 50 speakers.

Project management of both individual and consortium proposals concerning different public entities: UE H2020, CDTI, MINECO, MINETUR, regional subsidies, etc, and different industrial sectors (energy, TIC, chemistry, construction, nourriture, etc), as well as the R&D reduction taxes (more tan 70 proposals: Budget up to 80 Mio€, and more than 40 Mio€ in public subsidies for more than 70 companies).

I have participated in all department áreas, as Project manager, achieving public subsidies from different organizations, R&D and environmental tax deductions and carrying out the production cost analysis. I've also been working in several HR and organization tasks (job descriptions, department structure, personal skills, Company organization, etc.). Finally, I've been in charge of the R&D and environmental reporting and I've also been involved in the design of the Knowledge Management Department and technology licesnsing .

I've worked as the Technical Assistant of the Cement Operations Director (member of the Exco), leading several projects as the Plant Master Plan (6 cement plants), and the Annual Technical Report to the matrix house (Switzerland). I've also been responsible for the production planning together with the Controlling and Trading Department. I've also achieved some organizational tasks as the job descriptions for all the department positions; guarantee policies implementation, department reporting, meetings, etc.

- Environmental Management: environmental management systems implementation, legal and environmental audits in all activities (cement, concrete, mortar and aggregates); action plans development and follow up. Environmental risk analysis.  - Sustainability and EFQM: Project manager for the development and verification of the Company Sustainability Report according to GRI (Global Reporting Initiative). Participation in the EFQM Memory and coordination for several prizes.  - Legal compliance: achievement of several environmental permits, such as the IPPC permit, plant environmental impact assessments, CO2 emission, waste management, soil contamination, etc. Negotiations with the public entities.  - Reporting related to the Group environmental issues to the matrix house (Switzerland), National Organisms and Governments for all activities (cement, concrete and aggregates).  Climate change: responsible for the CO2 emission permits, allowances application and emissions trading, internal audits, project manager for the calculation methodology.  - Training: environmental training to all levels inside the Company; speaker in different workshops and symposiums both inside and outside the Group at national and international level. - Sectorial Committees: company representative in the national environmental cement and aggregates committees. - Implementation of the Group environmental culture, Policies, Directives and Standards, and at external level, enhancing lobby and negotiation with the local and national Governments.- Close cooperation with the Environmental and OH&S Department Director in the implementation of the exhaustive OH&S Plan developped with the external support of Dupont.

I've stayed in the company for 8 months, being in charge of the implementation of the Environmental Management System ISO 14001 in Hontoria Cement Plant (Palencia).
