My job role involves the servicing, repair and delivering drilling equipment while keeping to all health and safety standards and working procedures.

I select, assemble and position equipment including cameras, stands, software, prepare computers, cameras and test angles and maintain the cleanliness of the area in preparation for the judging team’s arrival. I perform nightly duties including setting up both the teams’ equipment and my equipment, conduct tests to ensure the equipment is in full working order, provide information about the winners of each race and next race runners via power point displayed all over the complex, as well make available DVD footage to customers on request. I resolve technical or practical issues in a timely fashion and shoot scenes according to requirements. In addition to the role of Stadium Camera operator, I double as Bar Assistant at the Stadium Bar, manage stock levels, appropriately replenish, as well as plan stocking of the bars and keep them to a good standard ready for the next meeting.

I ensured all safety guidelines were met at all times, observed the dogs in the kennels prior to their running of a race, and records equipment used on the animals for racing. I also ensured a responsible trainer handled the animals in preparation for the race as well as communicated information to other parts of the building as well as external bodies.
