I started DevOpsCapital as an online publication and I have been actively Contributing to the DevOpsCapital.com platform on a wide variety of topics from Infrastructure automation and site reliability engineering to database management for scale.Sharing my thoughts and experience on how to build highly available and fault tolerant infrastructure. I also handle all my speaking and meetup engagements through DevOpsCapital and have increasingly delivered keynotes and meetups and infrastructure events in Austin Texas, Mauritius, South Africa and Nigeria

At Tradedepot, I work as a Senior Platforms Engineer building infrastructure solutions with really solid cloud engineering principles. I was brought into an Integration product that was wrought with instability, service-downtimes, and little to no observability. I got to work and built a team that designed SLOs & SLIs for our Integrations Product Suite and lead the migration of our infrastructure into a full-fledged Kubernetes Architecture with Terraform as the IAC tool. I re-architected our product suite into a set of microservices, designed helm charts for each service, built-in observability, monitoring, and alerting using New Relic, Grafana, and Ops Genie, designed efficient resource management patterns, made the platform increasingly fault-tolerant, and built automation-pathways for disaster recovery incidents.I also built in efficient CI/CD principles & processes using Circle CI extensively which enabled us to deliver value to Production multiple times a day.Our enterprise customers loved our product, its reliability and increasingly adopted our financial platform for payment processing which increasingly grew to process over $50m in monthly transactions.
