Developing the High Performance division. We have a state of the art dyno and tuning facility. My tasks include, but are not limited to: project management, project sales, design, implementation, marketing of performance dept., completion, end support and maintenance. Resto-rods incorporate the new vehicle technologies in the older vehicles. The Performance Division specializes in the 6 figure vehicle builds, and tuning of modified vehicles.

Integration and development of the current automotive restoration facility to include a high performance division. The current building is 18,000 sq ft and includes a full paint and mechanical restoration facility. The additional 38,000 sq ft facility will include high performance vehicles, sales, storage and social events.

GrafT Motorsports is not a new company in Spirit. Anyone that has met me knows that I am a motor head! I love to tune! I love people that have the Hot Rodding Spirit! I love to teach! Bringing my previous enthusiasm for Corvette Restoration and Road Racing, and combining it with my GM late model experience, this job planted a seed for "Show and GO!"Being able to sell the work, as well as, apply my learned skills, allows me to take full credit for building two Tri-State 1st place winners.Job duties included full P&L's, Accounting, Design, Implementation, and Resurrection. The company had a devastating fire in 1996. It was my job to establish and maintain a temporary facility, and compile a complete loss assessment for the insurance company. This company survived due to my diligence and persistence. I left from the restored and expanded facility in 1997 due to the shop owners moral issues. The company went under in 1998.

I walked into this facility and saw a C4 Corvette with a BB hood and a 502 cid, stuffed in it. I was looking for places to work while I was going to school for my engineering degree. Well... all that I can say is this is where I fell in love with Corvettes.This company is primarily a Corvette restoration and road race facility. I am proud to say that we have produce several Triple Crown award vehicles that I have been a part of. The passion that the owner Gary Steffens has for Corvettes, will always affect me.

Service Line Technician. I was the overflow Tech. due to my training and experience. On a Flat Rate pay scale, and my diversity of skills, I often exceeded other technicians productivity with a high Customer Satisfaction Report.
