Managing my team who are delivering quality traffic management in and around Yorkshire and Lincolnshire

Nationwide Traffic Solutions Ltd is a family run business who believe in open and honest traffic management services. We are a fast growing company with a dedicated workforce available 24/7 365 days a year, ready for call outs, emergency works and are always at the end of a phone. My key responsibilities are:- Supporting and managing staff linked to the North Lincolnshire depot- Site meetings with customers to ensure their needs are met- Arranging quotes and advising what traffic management needs a client requires - Looking for new customers we can help whether it's closing the road for your crane, diverting traffic around ground works, or supporting your event management team ensure the traffic element of your event runs smoothly. We have worked recently with a local council supporting their carnival team, we've currently quoting for a regional cycle race and we have closed a pedestrianised area in London for a helicopter to lift cooling towers onto the top of a major building. Our CAD drawing's have been highly praised by Transport for London and have published our drawings as a "how to" for other traffic management companies. During my time within this role I was engaged with site meetings and quotes for customers. I was also spending some of my time CAD designing for our team and customers.

Working for various different companies out on the road, this is where I started my traffic management experience and worked on many different contracts using various different types of traffic management.I had various contracts with other companies supporting them and their team but continuously went back to working for myself to ensure I had a variety of work.
