About Cody Wright

For over 10 years at Apple, Cody was brought into a variety of internal organizations to rethink, reimagine, and reinvent everything from customer experience, to leadership, to learning design. His creativity and analytical thinking, honed by his studies in music composition, have given him a keen eye for spotting root cause and creating lasting change through innovative solutions at the foundational level. Cody is driven by a desire to help those who may be forgotten or dismissed – the people who fall through the cracks. He believes every human being should have the opportunity to be successful with what they do. No one should have their career potential stifled by discrimination, poor management, or ambiguous success measurements. He founded Plumeria (named by his awesome daughter) to help organizations nurture their people as much as their people nurture them.
