I am a freelance proofreader providing services to businesses and individuals, having previously worked in accounting and having an eye for fine detail.My early career involved accounting administration and occasional writing and editing for Capri Club International's unofficial branch magazines during the nineties, both for the Hampshire branch: writing and editing reports, and the Solent branch as their writer and editor. I work for a variety of organisations, from proofreading magazine supplements for The Telegraph and The Guardian, to copy-editing and proofreading for OCD-UK. I have also written and edited an article for the classic car publication Minor Monthly. I have assisted many individuals with their articles and dissertations, including journalists and students, both in the UK and the US. Recent work have included editing and proofreading a parent-thesis ebook, editing a business brochure for a network and server support service company, editing a website for local accountancy firm 'All About Accounting' and assisting international students with their theses where English is a second language. Due to my recent work with international students, I have undertaken a TEFL UK 150 hour Advanced Course with the aim of some possible teaching.I also work as a successful fine art photographer, my business name: Nostalgic Perspective Photography, selling my work around the world to both clients and businesses.
