•Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or professional moderator on various topics to provide consumer insights with an emphasis on Black Content; scope includes but is not limited to: engaging black Male voters, consumer packaged goods, rebooting of television programming, and development of original content for a nationally syndicated network.•Collaborate cross-functionally with the quantitative analytics team to design qualitative research; utilize research findings to moderate in-depth interviews (IDIs)and focus groups.Key Highlights & Accomplishments:•Served as a Professional Moderator to extract sentiments regarding voting in the 2020 Presidential Election from Black Male Voters in Key Swing States; this resulted in the creation of framework based on five key factors to increase Black Male voting engagement, as well as the development of three activities the client could use to engage black male voters.•Pitched a brand campaign to a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) company to 1) market a new product to celebrate Black consumers, while 2) partnering with a grassroots organization amidst a tense racial climate in 2020.

•Managed a series of initiatives on behalf of a non-profit focused on educational equity and racial justice throughout Ohio and the DMV area; these initiatives included but were not limited to: fundraising, increasing social media engagement, and campaign/program development and management.•Maintained relationships with notable community partners such as Journey for Justice and Dignity in Schools.Key Highlights & Accomplishments:•Led fundraising efforts which resulted in securing $40,000 in grant funds and community donations to execute programming.

•Coordinated a political campaign's operations such as fundraising, advertising, polling, voter outreach, etc.
