As Group Manager, Business Systems Support I am responsible for developing, implementing and managing a service for the ongoing operations and support of key NSW Health enterprise business systems. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the provision of superior IT support and operational services for a number of Statewide Services consumed by the Local Health Districts and other NSW Health Entities.I manage 35 staff spread across 8 different teams:Data warehousing, Analytics and Reporting, Aged Care Support, Clinical Placements, Patient Billing and Business Applications. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Applications within Service Delivery, this role provides management and leadership for the support teams, and provides an escalation point for major issues of significant complexity.Key to success in this role is working closely with a variety of stakeholders within the Ministry of Health, Local Health Districts, HealthShare NSW, vendors and other eHealth teams.
