In a business environment that region that had expanded quickly with acquisitions and mergers, my leadership stabilized operations and restarted growth. After successfully transforming the culture and streamlining operations, other key outcomes included significantly increased productivity, efficiency, profitability, customer satisfaction, account retention, and service quality. We also restarted stagnant sales while simultaneously increasing margins.

Faced with competitive pressure and the loss of some key customers just prior to my tenure, I took the lead in rejuvenating the company’s branding and image, reviving relations with remaining customers and ultimately achieving 100% retention. My legacy at Alliance was a strong operational platform and profitable business that was consistently meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks.

I managed all plant operations and maintenance, national accounts, human resources, purchasing, fleet management, customer service, and sales, and brought the company into OSHA compliance. We grew sales revenue from $0 to $12M in 4 years, reduced and achieved profitability in 20 months before exiting profitably with sale to Alliance.

Under my leadership, the 50-person sales team built national accounts and doubled annual sales in 4 years (from $26M to $51M) while simultaneously reducing costs 27% and increasing contract profitability 12%.I developed annual business plans and coached the sales reps/managers with ongoing business reviews, successfully creating task clarity, accountability, and ultimately significant channel growth. I also served as chief negotiator for all divisions.
