As a market access innovator, I build and lead diverse teams that develop and implement creative, patient-centered payer and access strategies. I have been the market access leader of more than 30 pharmaceutical product launches, including two of the most successful products of all time. My passion is ensuring that patients receive the care and treatment they need for conditions associated with stigma and high public health impact. As an educator and mentor, I apply my years of practice experience in non-profit, public health, and corporate settings to prepare the next generation of social workers. Specializing in connecting policy to practice at the micro, mezzo, or macro level, I integrate anti-oppressive frameworks into my teaching philosophy, empowering students to advance social justice and equity in their future endeavors as practitioners and leaders in the social work profession.
