Housing Assessment Resource Agency (HARA) of Muskegon County Team Leader • Oversee the day to day operations of the HARA.• Coach and train Housing Resource Specialist.• Conduct quality assurance on Emergency Solutions Grant files and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) data.• Oversee AmeriCorps and Title V volunteers who support the Housing Team.• Schedule Staff to ensure coverage of HARA Front desk, Information sessions, Housing Choice Voucher walk in hours.Housing Resource Specialist/ Community Health Worker • Provide Intake and Assessment for Households facing a housing crisis to determine eligibility and level of service.• Provide case management, housing stabilization services including arranging, coordination, linking, and monitoring the delivery of service to assist eligible households in obtaining and sustaining housing stability• Helped patients and their families to navigate and access community services, other resources to adopt healthy behaviors.Work closely with medical provider to help ensure that patients have comprehensive and coordinated care.

Teaches lesson plan as outlined by the absent teacher. Maintains as fully as possible the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom to which assigned. Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and, in harmony with the goals, establishes clear objectives for all lessons, units, projects and to communicate these objectives to students, as adopted by the local and state Board of Education.

Operations:• ServSafe Certification (exp 9/17).• Trained volunteers to prepare Sack suppers.• Maintained and tracked food inventory.• Coordinated food drive pickups.• Acquired in-kind donation data and properly tracked those donations.• Set-up, facilitation, and clean-up of volunteer groups (or delegate facilitation).• Food Procurement. Volunteer Coordination:• Recruited, scheduled and communicated with volunteer groups and individuals from the community.• Facilitated multiple volunteer projects.• Provided outstanding customer service to over 200 volunteers.• Organized and developed, and executed stewardship plans for volunteer program. Fundraising:• Well versed in grant research, proposal development and reporting.• Steward relationships with donors (individual, foundation, corporate, and governmental).• Planning and executing special fundraising event.• Oversight on program contracts and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)’s for various community partners.
