Established, led and managed a hybrid software engineering team of freelancers and internal staffs which consisted of solution architects, system analysts, database experts, and software and test engineers to deliver a comprehensive solution that supports the Accommodation Sharing Economy Program. Designed and implemented the sustainability model of the Accommodation Sharing Economy Program.Deliverables-------------myhomesharing.com - A front-end vacation rental portal which allows home owners and property managers to manage vacation rentals data and integrated booking calendars. As an intermediary platform, it allows property managers to list their vacation rentals on multiple channels (participating market-facing platforms) to increase visibility and revenue. Led all technical discussions with sales agents, banks and ANGKASA to ensure seamless system integrations and resolve all operational issues.Deliverables-------------Enterprise Loan Management System - A comprehensive loan management system that caters to personal loan products offered by banks to the government servants with monthly repayment done via ANGKASA’s salary deduction. The system allows independent sales agents to register customers and monitor the status of loan applications online. Each loan application has to go through a detailed process workflow which includes eligibility calculator, credit checking, document management, bank approval and booking of loan amount at ANGKASA. The system receives monthly deduction data from ANGKASA, reconciles and sends repayment reports to banks. It is currently serving personal loan products from CIMB Bank, Pubilc Islamic Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, AmBank and Kuwait Finance House. In 2018, the system distributed a total of RM 136M loans to 20,000 customers nationwide and contributed over RM 5.4M in revenue to the company.
