Responsible of projects to generate value in the organization such as fixed assets implementation in JDE (JD Edwards system) and cars leasing project for company fleet in México. As a result of compare buy vs lease, The Company is getting savings of 500kusd in annual basis. Responsible of Costs, Accounting (MEX GAAP & US GAAP), Treasury, Accounts Receivable & Internal control (SOX). As a result of this work, I got the reduction of capital & interests of 70mdp corresponding to a loan contracted with Treasury in Belgium during 2011. Regarding to days of sales outstanding (DSO), I reduced the KPI from 64 to 55 days due to an adequate follow up for collections and credit limits. Responsible to led and attend audits related to Financial statements, Foreign corrupts practices act (FCPA), Health care compliance audits (HCC), SOX & Corporate audits. As a result, I defined and implemented the action plan to attend and fix all issues found during corporate internal audit (CIA) 2012.
