I recently stepped down as the Audit PIC of PMB Helin Donovan, a CPA firm I helped found, and continue helping the firm with marketing and corporate evangelism . I also continue my focus on business consulting, joining Ken Nangle as the co-founder of Knownleader, a company that creates peer boards for small businesses. I also serve as the CFO and provided reporting services for several public companies and continue as an expert witness and consulting accountant to attorney's. I have serverd in more than 20 court cases including two appellate court cases.
