Assembled, maintained, troubleshot and repaired MWD (Measurement while drilling) probes. Performed mutli-level maintenance on multiple tools to ensure proper function down hole for Nomac customers. As one of the first three MWD technicians for the OKC Nomac shop I was responsible for assisting in the opening of the MWD lab in OKC. As the Battery and Gamma technician I was responsible for the following:• Troubleshooting, Maintinaing, and Repairing Battery Modules.• Troubleshooting, Maintaining, and Repairing Gamma Modules.• Maintaining, testing and building Interconnect Modules.• Maintaining a clean work environment• Train other employees on battery maintenance and procedures• Perform Gamma calibrations before being used in the field• Using Fluke Multimeter to perform multiple electronic tests and procedures• Working with multiple electronic testing devices such as multimeters, Oscilloscopes, gamma counter, Power supply tests, Hipotting machines, and break out boxes.• Maintaining the tool database and recording all maintences using Microsoft excel. • Acting as a member of a team troubleshooting problems with failed tools and performing expedient maintenance to get tools back into the field for use.

Served in Eastern Afghanistan as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Tactical Communications for U.S. Forces and as a Communications Systems Liasion for the Republic of Korea Army. While serving as the sole communications Technician on a Korean Army Forward Operating Base I was soley responsible for ensuring the stability of the Tactical Communications Network that provided internet and telecommunication connectivity for the entire base. I was also responsible for providing radio communications for U.S. and Coaltion forces.
