Carl has overseen many large and small programs of work relating to customer and digital strategy, product design and application development and large software platform implementations, across many industries including financial services, insurance, telecommunications, sports, media & entertainment, apparel & retail, travel & tourism, including local, state and federal Government. He has built long-term relationships across large and small customers and had experience bidding for and winning many private sector and public sector EOIs, RFPs and RFTs.Prior to his current role at MASS, Carl led the Digital team at Versent, one of Australia's fastest growing technology services scale-ups.Carl has led Sales for Accenture Song in Australia and New Zealand, working as part of the leadership team to drive the growth strategy across the market. He also led the Fjord team in Melbourne and worked closely with a number of large customers in the Australian Telco market.Joining Accenture Interactive and Fjord in North America, Carl was the Products client group Sales Lead, working on large experience transformation programs. In 2017, Carl relocated with his family to Melbourne Australia, to join as a Director with Fjord.Carl previously founded the Sydney and New York offices for Reactive, helping to establish one of the most successful and award-winning digital agencies in the Australian market. A partner at Reactive, the business grew from 20 to 150 people globally, and was acquired by Accenture Interactive in 2015.
