Group Account Director, Marketing Strategy
Current• Manage and build out new Marketing Strategy team, focused solely on the development and design of data driven integrated marketing strategies and solutions• Coordinate across internal and client teams, leveraging multiple types of marketing channels including but not limited to search, social, organic, SEO, design, email, and web production• Develop new strategy specific audits, resources, processes, and documentation• Work with internal 829 teams to get a complete understanding of each client’s goals, markets, needs and expectations of performance• Transform complex information and findings into compelling business narratives suited to C-level executives and decision makers• Productize 829’s strategic offerings, and continue to develop ways to add additional value to clients• Act as a key contributor to 829’s business development team auditing new business opportunities and validating work scopes • Stay on top of emerging digital trends in order to optimize approach over time and bring a constant flow of fresh ideas to 829’s clients and internal teams• Act as the strategy practice lead within the agency, developing the agency’s strategy capabilities and outlining what is needed to execute• Help lead account team members to craft integrated cross-functional solutions across disciplines including design, digital marketing, and analytics, and take ownership for structuring and presenting deliverables to clients
