I advocate for efficient and effective internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure opportunities for value addition are optimized when implementing strategic objectives. I enjoy training and facilitating risk management and internal controls courses. I have recently taken up project management as an area of interest specifically focusing on project risk management.I'm a graduate fellow of Macroeconomic and Financial Management Institute of Eastern and Southern Africa (MEFMI) in the area of operational risk management (ORM). I train, prepare e-learning content and build capacity on ORM within the MEFMI region. I enjoy serving, currently providing my expertise and skills to serve as an ICPAK Council Member. I Co-Convene the Member Services and Audit, Risk & Compliance Committees of ICPAK. I also take time to mentor upcoming young accountant professionals.I love baking and run a small bakery business.
