As the HIA, I'm responsible for providing an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value to the Company's operations. I assist the Board and Management in protecting the assets, reputation and sustainability of the Company by evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls and governance processes. I further co-ordinate the sustainability initiatives at KMRC as a sustainability champion.
