There is no value in having processes just for the sake of having them. I also believe in being straightforward when speaking with clients and leaving out jargon that can hinder communication and progress. A clear and simple solution is usually the best approach. I'm a big sports fan. I love all sports, but my favorites are definitely tennis, football, and baseball.
