With over 27 years of work experience in business, finance, and information technology, I am a passionate and dedicated CTE Business and IT Instructor at Madison County Public Schools (MCPS). I hold the Microsoft Office Specialist Master Certification (MOS) and the IC3 Digital Literacy Certification, which demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in using various software applications and tools. I also have a VDOE Teaching Licensure and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from James Madison University. My core competencies include talent assessment, employee training, human resources, and accounting, which I developed and applied in my previous role as a Senior Accounting Analyst and Human Resources at SNL Financial, LC. I enjoy teaching and mentoring students and preparing them for the 21st century workforce. I am committed to the mission of MCPS to provide a high-quality education that fosters excellence, equity, and innovation.
